We have a fulltime (M-F 8:
00 am- 5:
00 pm) position open for a Scheduling Coordinator at our private OB/GYN office in Chestnut Hill.
This person will assist patients with scheduling appointments follow up appointments and medical tests when they leave the office.
We are willing to train a candidate who is customer service focused, organized, and likes to be busy! We are seeking someone that will work well with a team responsible for coordinating the flow of patients in our office along with administrative tasks.
We will consider training someone with strong customer service skills motivated to work (and learn) in a medical office setting.
