Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using the Aloha POS system - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail As a Host/Host at our hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service.
