Marketing Manager, Special Projects / BWH Marketing

General Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of a variety of marketing department project initiatives. Types of projects include brand implementation as well as the development and implementation of clinical service line marketing plans. Service lines to include (but not limited to) Dermatology, Pain Management, Radiology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Urology and Endocrinology, and related programs. He/she is responsible for both the development and execution of these plans, on time and on budget, under the supervision of the Sr. Marketing Strategist. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for coordinating these plans across traditional and digital platforms and in adherence to the organization's brand strategy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the Sr. Marketing Strategist by developing and managing project plans, timelines and deliverables related to brand implementation and service line marketing campaigns.
Supporting the Sr. Marketing Strategist, works with service line or program clinical and administrative staff to ensure appropriate assessment of program and institutional needs, and to also to ensure synergy between marketing efforts and clinical operations.
Working with the Sr. Marketing Strategist, serves as project manager for Brigham Health brand implementation, coordinating with both internal stakeholders and outside consultant vendors.
Provides project management oversight and coordination across internal teams including content/creative, digital/social, and internal communications to ensure timely production in accordance with project work plans and timelines.
Ensures that materials adhere to the brand, design and graphic standards of Brigham Health, and that they promote a consistent and positive image of Brigham Health.
Manages the budget approved for marketing activities contained in the marketing plan.
Develops tracking/measurement methods in conjunction with overall department efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and other tactics.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or advertising; healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
Proven success in marketing project management, demonstrated by at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, branding, and customer acquisition. Must be fluent in both traditional and digital media/marketing channels.
Skills and Abilities
Interpersonal and management skills to achieve desired goals in a complex organization and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative leaders and staff.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Ability to multi-task, think strategically and creatively with respect to the marketing process and its application to brand and service line marketing initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication necessary for professional communications, departmental representation and related activities.
Highly motivated, independent and capable of performing in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
